1. Mr. Devashish Majumdar
Devashish Majumdar, an Engineer by profession, has worked with leading global multinational and Indian corporates with over 30+ years of experience spanning industries like Automobile, Iron & Steel, and IT in various executive positions. He has covered varied functions in Manufacturing, Forge & Foundry Technology, Heat Treatment, Purchasing, Vendor Development, Quality Assurance, SAP Consulting, Program Management in IT Application Services, Learning & Development, Capacity Planning, and Automation.
While in these functional capacities, he has earned several accolades such as 'The Maple Leaf' Award by IPAC, Canada, and the 'GM Award' on IT Transformation at IBM. He has led IT teams in Design Thinking and, as a Quality Assurance professional, has been an assessor in the TATA Business Excellence Model (TBEM), ISO 9000. In pursuit of his Master’s in Social Work, Mr. Devashish is passionate about social work and is actively involved in official capacities with several NGOs and the Global Outreach Programs of IBM. He leads key programs for underprivileged women & children.

A qualified professional (Cost Accountant; MBA - Finance) with 13 years of experience handling functions pertaining to Accounts, Finance, Costing, Indirect Taxation, and Audit.
• Expertise in accounting operations, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Financial Reporting, Fund Management, Taxation, Finalization of Accounts, debt finance, and portfolio management.
• Sound knowledge in payroll management and statutory matters such as P-Tax, PF, ESI.
• Practical experience in Income Tax matters including filing of TDS quarterly returns, GST, ROC compliance & BSE Compliance.
